Többféle törlési lehetőség létezik az oldalon:

1) Beszélgetés törlése a listáról (az X ikon megérintésével)Ez csak a beszélgetést távolítja el a listájáról. Az üzenetek nem törlődnek. Újra megtalálhatja őket, ha a másik tag új üzenetet küld Önnek, vagy ha visszatér a profiljához.

2) Elküldött üzenet törlése egy beszélgetésbenHa megérint egy üzenetet, majd a „Törlés” lehetőséget választja, ez az üzenet véglegesen törlődik Öntől és a másik tagtól is. Ez a művelet visszavonhatatlan.

3) Tag feketelistázásaAmikor feketelistáz egy tagot, az összes beszélgetés az adott személlyel véglegesen törlődik. Még ha később eltávolítja is, az előzmények nem állíthatók helyre.

Először ellenőrizze, hogy mobil 4G/5G kapcsolata aktív-e, és hogy telefonja hozzáfér-e az internethez.

Ha a probléma fennáll, ideiglenesen tiltsa le a VPN-jét (ha használ). Próbálja megváltoztatni a VPN országát is; egyesek blokkolhatják/lassíthatják a hozzáférést a webhelyhez.

Ellenőrizze a tartalombokszokat is, majd teszteljen másik böngészőből vagy Wi-Fi-n.

Az efemer fotók/videók korlátozzák a megjelenést, de az alkalmazások nem garantálnak 100%-os védelmet a képernyőképek ellen.

A kék jelvény hitelesített profilt jelöl. Ez segít jobban azonosítani a sikeresen ellenőrzött profilokat.
